Commission says Russo broke rules

The Suffolk Ethics Commission rules that attorney Eric Russo broke ethics rules when he failed to disclose that he had five clients who had dealings with the Suffolk County Water Authority, while he served on the board. The commission also finds that he actively intervened on behalf of his clients with the water authority. Newsday obtains the ethics opinion.
