In the tradition of the "big band era", The Bay Big Band brings the excitement of a live jazz orchestra to the stage featuring not only the traditional sounds of Glenn Miller, Count Basie and Duke Ellington, but also blends arrangements of pop and rock classics. This performance will feature the female vocalists that swung, rocked and excited the world with their talents. Artists such as, Ella Fitzgerald, Carole King, Norah Jones, Donna Summer, Tina Turner and Amy Winehouse will all be represented with The Bay Big Band's own musical twists.
