About Charlie Reliford
Charles Harold Reliford (born September 19, 1956 in Ashland, Kentucky in the United States) is an umpire in American Major League Baseball. After working in the National League from 1989 to 1999, he has worked throughout both leagues since 2000. He wears uniform number 18.
