WASHINGTON, DC - MAY 09: Workers finish installing the last pieces of scaffolding on the Washington Monument to repair earthquake damage May 9, 2013 in Washington, DC. Following a 5.8 magnitude earthquake that struck the Northeast in August 2011, the National Park Service chose Perini Management Services, Inc. of Framingham, Massachusetts for the $15 million project to repair large cracks in the 555-foot-tall obelisk.
