Tiptoe through the tulips, play a round of mini golf and visit the barnyard animals. We also have tons of activities for kids and photo ops! Don't forget to bring your camera for photos. Join instructor Debbie Krzyminski for this 4-week chair-based exercise program which covers strength training, balance, aerobics and flexibility. Ropes and balls used for training will be provided; if you feel comfortable using your own free weights, please bring them. Please bring a bottle of water and wear clothing that you can comfortably move in.
