"I’m obsessed with the kitchen," said listing agent Sari Eidelkind, of Lucky To Live Here Realty. She is co-listing the property with Elena D'Agostino and Joyce Mennella. "They have this whole mudroom right off the kitchen, and a big walk-in pantry."

"There are beautiful perennials and you have privacy in the backyard," said Eidelkind, who grew up down the block from the house. "And it’s conventionally located. It’s a beautiful property."
The property is roughly two miles from its local high schools, which are part of the Half Hollow Hills Central School District.
