A new build in Sag Harbor is on the market for $7.85 million. The annual property taxes are $8,930.

Located on Millstone Road, the house was completed this year and will be move-in ready by this summer, said agent Jack Richardson, of Serhant. He is co-listing the property with Talia McKinney.

The house contains seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and three half-bathrooms. It sits on a 1.85 acre-lot. Its amenities are unusual for a new construction below $8 million, Richardson said.

"In this price point, it's pretty rare to have not only 9,000 square feet, but to also have a detached garage, pool house, full-sized gunite pool and tennis court," he said.

Other standout features include a gym, spa and sauna, all located on the lowest of the home's three levels. The house is accentuated by stone finishes and warm tones throughout its rooms — a departure from the gray-and-white palette typically seen in modern interior design, Richardson said.

"The natural stone colors are what people are excited to see," said McKinney. "It's just a little bit different."

And the house is "fully framed with concrete," Richardson said: "It's about as rock solid of a home as you can ask for, in terms of sturdiness."

The inground infinity pool is 16 by 48 feet, and is surrounded by maintained landscaping. The high ceilings and wall of windows lend themselves to an indoor-outdoor feel within the home.

"There are floor-to-ceiling windows on all three levels," Richardson said. "There's full glass all the way across the backside of the lower level, with tons of natural light coming in. It really feels like a three-story home, rather than two stories and a basement."

The property is served by the Sag Harbor Union Free School District.
