Japanese tech Sony unveils new technology to identify electrical devices with smart chips inside a plug and wall outlets (top R) to charge with a pay-for use system in Tokyo on February 14, 2012. Sony developed the new technololgy to charge individual electric devices based on the company's well known Felica smart chip technology.
