A Hicksville business incubator and accelerator with investments that range from bobbleheads to ceramic "ice cubes" has cracked the top 100 of Inc. magazine's list of the country's 5,000 fastest-growing private companies.

Angel Dough Ventures, with three-year growth of 4,063 percent and 2014 revenue of $6.9 million, ranked No. 72, making it one of only seven companies from New York State among the top 100 in the annual ranking.

Andrew Hazen, co-founder and chief executive of Angel Dough Ventures, said the company's revenue is roughly split between a bobblehead unit called allbobbleheads.com, and greatdailydeals.com, a unit that finds products to sell through online marketers such as Staples.com, Overstock.com and Groupon.

"Being true New Yorkers, we're hustlers," he said of the revenue increase of the 17-employee company. "We have a good team and we're working hard."

Four of the top five companies on the Inc. list were based in California.

Topping the list was Ultra Mobile, a Costa Mesa, California, mobile phone network operator with three-year growth of 100,849 percent and 2014 revenue of $118.2 million.

The top New York State business was No. 7 StartApp, a New York City mobile advertising network with three-year growth of 22,036 percent and 2014 revenue of $37.2 million.

Long Island companies landing on the 2015 Inc. 5,000 included No. 159 IIT Inc., a 20-year-old Melville-based information technology consulting and staffing company, and Centerspan Medical, a Bay Shore dealer of ramps and stair lifts for accessibility, at No. 186.
