Mickee Hennessy has been appointed chair of the bankruptcy committee for the Nassau County Bar Association. She is a partner in the bankruptcy and restructuring department of the Uniondale-based commercial law firm Westerman Ball Ederer Miller & Sharfstein and lives in St. James.

Ellen H. Greiper has joined Goldberg Segalla in Garden City as a partner in the construction and general litigation practice groups. The Port Washington resident was of counsel to Farber Brocks & Zane in Meinola.

Joshua Yedvab has been named vice president of physician alignment strategies at South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside. Among other responsibilities in this position, he will be involved in physician recruitment and the building of joint venture partnerships. The Roslyn resident was most recently executive director for ambulatory care at North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System in Manhasset.

INSURANCE

Heather N. Reynolds has joined First National Administrators in New Hyde Park as general counsel, operations and regulatory compliance. She most recently served as assistant vice president, contracting and regulatory compliance, at Davis Vision in Plainview and lives in Glen Head.

Long Island Employee Benefits Group has announced new employees.

Gregory Feigenbaum has been named vice president of business development. He previously served as director of sales and broker relations at First National Administrators in New Hyde Park.

Harvey S. Brown has been brought on as vice president. The Cedarhurst resident was previously in his own law practice as well as principal of HSB Pension Consulting.

Alexandra Ranflte has been named benefits analyst. The East Moriches resident is a recent graduate of Stony Brook University. Long Island Employee Benefits Group is a Hauppauge-based provider of retirement plans and employee benefits services.

UBM Electronics in Manhasset announced two promotions.

Junko Yoshida has been promoted to chief international correspondent for EE Times. The Brooklyn resident was promoted from editor-in-chief of EE Times and EETimes.com, an electronic engineering website and publication.

Patrick Mannion has been promoted to brand director, EDN, another of UBM's electronic engineering websites and publications. He was promoted from director of content, EDN and EDN.com. UBM Electronics is a Manhasset-based provider of websites and publications containing business and technical information for the design engineering and electronics industry.

PHARMACEUTICALS

Doreen Ranieri has joined the Westbury location of PL Developments as stability manager. She most recently served as stability supervisor at Fougera Pharmaceuticals in Melville and lives in West Islip. PL Developments is a supplier of over-the-counter health remedies.
