The property has 65 feet of waterfront, says listing agent Ann Bartonik of RE/MAX Platinum in Selden, adding that the house is set back far enough that it stayed dry during superstorm Sandy.

The deal also includes some history. Local lore has it that the house was used by rum runners during Prohibition.
