Ripa to girls: No need to fit in
Kelly Ripa joined CNN's Anderson Cooper to host a screening of the controversial film "Bully" at the Crosby Street Hotel in Manhattan earlier this week, and Kelly had her own advice for today's young girls struggling with the pressures of bullying. "What I would tell girls that are feeling like they're not fitting in or they're struggling or they're desperate to be accepted by the cool kids. You don't need to fit in," Kelly told Holly woodLife.com. The host of "Live! With Kelly" warns her own three children about peaking while only in middle and high school. "Kids that peak in those grades, where they're the queen of the hop and the belle of the ball, they're invited to every party, it doesn't really take them beyond that," she said.
