Recommended: vichyssoise, oysters mignonette, escargots with garlic-herb butter, grilled hanger steak Bordelaise, seared black cod Basquaise, roast chicken for one or two, caramelized onion tart with goat cheese, house salad with beets, Roquefort, and poached leeks.
