Recommended: vichyssoise, oysters mignonette, escargots with garlic-herb butter, grilled hanger steak Bordelaise, seared black cod Basquaise, roast chicken for one or two, caramelized onion tart with goat cheese, house salad with beets, Roquefort, and poached leeks. Moderate to expensive.
