What’s the deal with Dom & Luigi’s Smoke House? To all appearances, the quirky barbecue, pizza and pasta house looks closed.
I dialed the phone number and heard a message that the place will reopen following renovations. So I left a voice mail. So far, no response. No answer to my email query either.

I dialed the phone number and heard a message that the place will reopen following renovations. So I left a voice mail. So far, no response. No answer to my email query either.
Now, in the restaurant world, “closed for renovations” can be code for “gone forever.” Or it could mean that the place is being fixed up.
Will you once more be able to pig out on a pulled pork-stuffed “porker” burger? Or bite into the restaurant's crisp-crusted Margherita pizza?
