A 20-year-old man shot Thursday evening in an alley by a BP gas station in West Babylon is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries at a local hospital, Suffolk police said.

The shooting was reported at about 6:05 p.m. at the 367 Sunrise Highway station, police said.
