HUNTINGTON: Luigi Petrone, L & J Realty Holding, LLC, requests special use permit and parking variance to legalize outdoor dining, to legalize parking in a residential zone and within 10 feet of restaurant; a variance for outdoor dining area, 3,000 square feet permitted, 8,587 square feet proposed, and a variance for parking, 186 spaces required, 42 spaces provided, on the east side of New York Avenue, north of Ketwemoke Avenue.

HUNTINGTON: West Hills Day Camp, Inc., requests special use permit and relief of ZBA-imposed conditions, parking location, accessory structure, side and rear yard to legalize current site configuration, begin operation of Montessori School within existing structures and continuation of day camp, on Sweet Hollow Road.

HUNTINGTON STATION: William Luther/Tequipment, Inc., requests parking variance to apply for permit for interior alterations to existing site, on the southwest corner of Norden Lane and 11th Avenue through to the northwest corner of West 13th Street and 11th Avenue.
