A Staten Island man who made a U-turn on the Belt Parkway, driving against traffic, has been arrested after a three-car crash that injured 10 people, including him, the NYPD said Tuesday.
Henry Brimsley, 30, of Holland Avenue, was charged with first-degree and second-degree reckless endangerment, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding, police said. Arraignment details were not available.

Police said Brimsley was driving eastbound on the Belt Parkway when he made the U-turn and headed westbound against traffic, crashing into two other vehicles near Exit 5, Bay Parkway, about 6:30 a.m. Tuesday. The crash closed the road for several hours, police said.
Police said seven people were injured in one vehicle, two in the other. Brimsley also was injured. All of the injuries were minor, police said.
