State to give COVID-19 vaccines to people 65 and older or immunocompromised

Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo announced Tuesday that people 65 or older and others with compromised immune systems are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine, as the state expanded the list for the second time in a week.
