The Macy’s Fourth of July fireworks on Monday will celebrate the “Gift of Freedom” on the occasion of the Statue of Liberty’s 125th birthday.

The 25-minute show, scored to patriotic classics and contemporary hits, will feature more than 40,000 fireworks launched from six barges on the Hudson River.

The 25-minute show, scored to patriotic classics and contemporary hits, will feature more than 40,000 fireworks launched from six barges on the Hudson River.

Arrive early to scout a good viewing spot for the extravaganza, which begins at 9:20 p.m., or just flip to WNBC/4 and watch the action hosted by Nick Lachey, with performances by Beyonce and Brad Paisely.

Where to watch:

Gather are along 12th Avenue below 59th Street. Enter from the following 11th Avenue access points. Note: 12th Avenue will close to traffic at 6 p.m.
