Late night Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens straphangers will have to make changes this week.

The MTA's Fastrack repair program will take place on the N, R and Q lines between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. from Monday until Friday.

During those hours, the N won't be running in Manhattan, Q trains will run normally in Brooklyn but operate on the D line in Manhattan, and R service will end in Queens and Manhattan.

MTA crews will work on the 96-year-old Broadway line's track rails and will cross tires, as well as performing other maintenance work. Administrators said the extra time allows them to complete repair work faster.
