Bieber fever strikes the city yet again.

Justin Bieber will be in town today signing autographs around 2 p.m. at J & R Music and Computer World on Park Row to coincide with the release of his new CD, "Believe."

Traffic in the surrounding area will likely be snarled all afternoon, especially with the Biebs being so close to the Brooklyn Bridge, according to veteran traffic consultant "Gridlock" Sam Schwartz.

"Bieber fever means gridlock wherever he goes," Schwartz said. "Being at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge will be a real problem for a lot of people. I wouldn't even think of using the Park Row entrance to the Bridge."

If you need to access the bridge this afternoon, Schwartz advised approaching from FDR Drive, Chambers or Lafayette streets.

Bieber, 18, will return in November for a pair of concerts. He's set to play Nov. 12 at Brooklyn's new Barclays Center, followed up on Nov. 28 at Madison Square Garden.
