Yankees general manager Brian Cashman is trading in his three-piece suite for a green and red elf costume. Wait. It gets better.

Cashman, dressed as an elf, will rappel 350 feet off the side of a building with Santa Claus in Connecticut, according to the Stamford Advocate. The general manager is doing this as part of Stamford’s “Heights and Lights” show which will also feature fireworks and music performed by local students.

The event is scheduled to take place this Sunday afternoon. Cashman will trade in his elf ears after the event and get back to business with the start of the winter meetings the next day.
