Baby born at home with help from Nassau Police
Only 25¢ for 5 months
The Moore family, of Baldwin Harbor, on Wednesday were reunited with the Nassau police officers and medic who came to the rescue when DeShay Thomas-Moore went into labor at home in August. Baby Ivy Marie was in a hurry to make her entrance, and the first responders got there just in time to help deliver her at home. NewsdayTV’s Cecilia Dowd reports.
