Back to school trek to be safer with hyper-visible L.E.D. stop signs

Sen. Elaine Phillips (R-Flower Hill) unveiled LED signs on Thursday that went up around Clara H. Carlson School in Elmont. In attendance was Hempstead Receiver of Taxes Donald X.
