A 15-year-old boy suffered a head injury, after he was struck by a vehicle in Selden on Saturday night, police said.

Suffolk County police said the boy was at the intersection of Middle Country Road and Marshall Drive, when he stepped out to cross the road and was hit about 8:30 p.m. Police said the teen was taken to a Stony Brook University Hospital by ambulance.
