For a certain crowd crowd, the Parrish Annual Midsummer Party is a must-attend. And such is the case Saturday.

“This is the first time I’ve been able to get to my Hamptons home this summer, and perhaps the only time,” Isaac Mizrahi told us. He just finished directing Steven Sondheim’s “A Little Night Music” in St Louis. “I’m going back to New York to start taping ‘The Fashion Show,’” he continued. “And I have no idea when I’ll be able to come back.”

Having said that, he turned to society “It” girl Marcia Mishaan to admire a pendant she sported on her exotic silver-embellished white flowing ensemble.

Nor have we seen Maurice DuBois of WCBS/Channel 2 News and wife, Andrea, out and about before. So what do they do at their house in Quoque? “We lie low. We sleep a lot. We have a 2-year-old. So that’s our goal in life,” DuBois said.

Sure, you have a rug rat, and you have to get to work at 5 every morning.

Isaac Mizrahi squeezes in a trip to the Hamptons to attend the Parrish Art Museum Midsummer Party, honoring Beth Rudin DeWoody and Ross Bleckner, on Saturday night in Southampton. Next he'll begin taping Season 2 of "The Fashion Show" for Bravo. (July 10, 2010)
