Ex-coworker: He made a serious business fun

Alvin Bergsohn took the time to assure that I received proper on-the-job training when I began my career at Merrill Lynch, on the New York Stock Exchange. Alvin, Tommy King and I forged a fun, close friendship during that time, and when Alvin moved to Dean Witter, the friendship and fun continued. We lost touch when Al moved to Cantor, but his memory will always live on. He made a serious business fun and taught a lot of us what we needed in order to succeed. Rest Well, Alvin.
