Memories of Larry Beck
Friend recalls Beck's 'easy smile'
I worked at North Atlantic Life Insurance Company in Jericho from 1986-1988, and Larry Beck was a fixture there. I recall his easy smile and ever-present cheerfulness. He would greet me with a hearty "what's happening chief?", and we would enjoy our brief conversations. Anyone who came in contact with him left with a smile. That's how I will remember Larry Beck.

Please express my sympathies to the family of Larry Beck from Bellmore, Long Island. I went to school with Larry from 7th to 12th grade and was a member of his hebrew school class at Bellmore Jewish center. I have been to his house after school a few times with my friends, Richard Kravis and Rod Passman. I might have been at his barmitzvah, as that drawing of him playing the drums in his house looks very familiar to me.
Best wishes to the family,
Love,
Dr. Mitchell Josephs, Palm Beach, Fla.
