Memories of Nancy Bueche

Friend: Always remember her smile

I knew Nancy from working together at St. Ignatius School fund raisers for our daughters. My daughter, Ashley was in class with Bridget and we worked several events together.

Nancy always had a smile on her face and a kind word to say. She was always so upbeat and was a kind and loving person. She always talked so highly of her family and wanted Bridget to do well at school and to succeed.

We moved to North Carolina in July of 2001 and after September 11 (which happens to be my son's birthday) I think of her each anniversary. I think of Bridget and Jim, and her infectious smile. September 11 is always a bittersweet day for me but I do always remember to say a prayer for Nancy and to remember her beautiful smile.

I miss her very much and think of her often. I know that the recent events will not bring closure to the family but I hope that in some small way it does bring a little peace. My thoughts and prayers continue to be with Nancy's family and I truly will never forget her.
