Knew Tim as a 'little fellow'

We knew Tim Haviland as a little fellow when we lived in Maine. We loved him and his whole family and were asked to be godparents to his younger brother, David. We got letters from him as an adult, and he talked about maybe coming our way to climb one of the high peaks in the Adirondacks. We had a lot in common, and it would have been great fun to see him as an adult. Sadly, it was not to be.
