Amazon said it expects to expand same-day drug delivery to more areas and has its eye on Long Island. Amazon Pharmacy senior public relations manager Jessica Bardoulas said Amazon is “very much looking at expanding to Nassau and Suffolk,” although there is no timetable yet.

Banning the China-owned video-sharing app was supported by 49%, with 28% against the ban and 23% unsure. But the results were different among those who use the app — only 28% supported a ban. Overall, 53% said they have an “unfavorable view” of TikTok.

Power grid faces increased threats

U.S. power grids are facing heightened risks of cyber and physical attacks, according to the nation’s top reliability regulator. The increased threats come from hackers backed by North Korea, China and Russia, as well as the type of physical assault that happened at North Carolina substations in late 2022, said Jim Robb, chief executive officer of the North American Electric Reliability Corp., which sets federal standards. — BLOOMBERG NEWS
