100 jobs may come when mall eatery opens

A planned Roosevelt Field Mall restaurant's menu will offer only items that contain, at most, 475 calories.
The new eatery will also create 100 jobs, the company says.
The Florida-based fine restaurant chain Seasons 52 plans the calorie-limited "fresh grill and wine bar" restaurant to open next year at the Garden City mall.
It will be the company's 21st restaurant, and will follow the chain's formula of changing the menu four times a year.
The Roosevelt Field location will seat just under 400, about a quarter of those in a piano bar. It will have four private dining rooms.
