2 executives join nonprofit board

Friends of Karen, a nonprofit organization that provides emotional, financial and advocacy support to children with life-threatening illnesses and their families, announced two new members on its Long Island Advisory Board.

Cindy McLoughlin is the managing partner of the audit practice in the Melville office of BDO USA, an international accounting firm. She is a Northport resident.

Norman Huddleston, of West Islip, is senior director of finance for First Data North America, a provider of electronic commerce and payment solutions.
