2 new partners at law firms
Heather L. Winters has been promoted to partner at the newly renamed Garden City law firm of Davis & Winters. The Queens resident had been as an associate at the firm for six years.
Neil M. Kaufman, right, has joined Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Greenberg, Formato & Einiger in Lake Success as partner and chairman of its corporate department. The Dix Hills resident was a partner at Davidoff, Malito & Hutcher in Garden City.
Meanwhile, Marc Sackin has joined Reisman Peirez & Reisman in Garden City as an associate. The Brooklyn resident was an associate at Baker & McKenzie in Manhattan.
