2 promotions in health field

Dr. Michael Stratemeier, left, has been promoted to chief of emergency medicine at Huntington Hospital. He was associate chief and director of clinical services in the hospital's emergency department. Stratemeier is a Holtsville resident.

Robert S. Heatley, right, has been promoted to executive vice president for business development and ambulatory services at NuHealth System in East Meadow. He was senior vice president for business development and lives in Manhattan.
