2 take seats on local boards

Alan J. Schwartz has been elected to the board of directors, and office of vice president, at the Accountant Attorney Networking Group. The Dix Hills resident, right, is the principal at the Law Offices of Alan J. Schwartz in Garden City.

Diane Sweeney, left, has been appointed to the Catholic Health Services' Continuing Care board of trustees. The Smithtown resident is a volunteer at Bob Sweeney's Camp HOPE, a bereavement camp for children she founded after her husband died in 2002, leaving three young children.
