Joel J. Gorjian, a Great Neck-based commercial real estate investor, has sold his two-tenant retail property located at 934 and 936 North Broadway in Massapequa for $600,000.

Gorjian, who is also vice president of acquisitions and dispositions at Namdar Realty Group, a local firm that specializes in acquiring distressed commercial real estate, purchased the retail site as part of his personal portfolio.

After buying the site last year, the 23-year-old investor renovated a portion of the one-story property and its exterior. Tenants include a children’s fashion store and a dry cleaner.

“It was acquired as a long-term investment, however, I decided to sell it in response to an attractive offer from a private buyer,” he said.
