Alan Schacter of Syosset, center, has joined Chaves & Perlowitz, a Manhattan real estate law firm, as partner. He was previously in private practice in Garden City.

Scott Green of Jericho, right, has joined Rivkin Radler in Uniondale as an associate in its employment & labor and litigation & appeals practice groups. He held a similar position at Kaufman Dolowich Voluck & Gonzo in Woodbury.
