Actuary joins risk management firm

Eugene Oppo has joined Chernoff Diamond & Co. a Garden City-based benefits and risk management consultants firm, as senior consulting actuary in the retirement plan services division. The Port Washington resident was most recently senior vice president at Aon Hewitt in Manhattan.
