Authors Lucy Rosen and Claudia Gryvatz-Copquin are expected to offer timely advice for people  looking to networking to help in their careers when they appear tonight for a book signing at the Book Revue in Huntington at 7 pm.

The two, who wrote a new networking book called “Fast Track Networking: Turning Conversations Into Contacts” (Career Press), plan to talk about the "new rules" of networking -- and how "fast track networking" can help people with their careers.

Rosen is the founder and president of the Long Island-based marketing and public relations firm SmartMarketing Solutions Group and the founder and president of the national networking organization Women on the Fast Track. Gryvatz-Copquin is a writer who sometimes works for  Newsday.

SmartMarketing Solutions describes the book as offering “tangible tips and tools to boost sales, create, maintain and strengthen strategic business connections ... and get any career-minded individual on the ‘fast track’ to success.”

The 224-page book sells for $14.99.
