Bank of America networks down

Bank of America services were down nationwide Friday as angry customers took to social media to make their frustrations known.
Customers of the nation's second largest bank by assets voiced their grievances on Twitter, saying that they could not access their accounts on the Bank of America website or the mobile app, as well as ATMs.
A Bank of America spokesman said the situation had "improved tremendously over the last couple of hours" Friday afternoon. He added that while the bank did experience outages on its website and mobile app, there was "never had any issues with ATMs."
Customers with technical issues spanned the U.S., with customers from Los Angeles to Boston complaining, as well as on Long Island.
