More than a dozen Long Island companies in the biotech, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries will be looking to hire at a Wednesday career fair in Selden.

The hiring event, hosted by the Suffolk County Department of Labor, will feature companies seeking to fill positions in research and development, manufacturing and packaging. 

The event runs from 10 a.m. to noon at the Middle Country Public Library’s Selden building, 575 Middle Country Rd.

Companies that will be attending include Nestle Health Science, Enzo Biochem, Amneal Pharmaceuticals and Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.
