Bridgehampton National opens Hauppauge office
Bridgehampton National Bank held a grand opening this week for its 22nd branch and new offices in Happauge. The full-service branch is at 898 Veterans Memorial Hwy.
President and chief executive Kevin O’Connor said, “As BNB continues to grow into Suffolk County, our Hauppauge location serves as a focal point for servicing western customers.”
Branch manager LuAnn Commisso reports to Stephen Sheridan, Senior Vice President, Regional Manager, Western Region, who is also based in Hauppauge.
Headquartered in Bridgehampton, the bank’s corporate parent, Bridge Bancorp., reported a 16 percent rise in profits for last year’s fourth quarter, on higher deposits and loans and the opening of two branches last year. Net income was $3.4 million or 39 cents a share in the quarter and $12.8 million or $1.48 per share for the year — 23 percent more than a year earlier.
All of Bridgehampton’s branches are in Suffolk County.
