Broadridge Financial taps James M. Young as CFO

Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc. has hired James M. Young to be chief financial officer, the processor of investor documents announced Tuesday.
Young comes to Lake Success-based Broadridge after eight years at Visa Inc., where he has been senior vice president for finance. He also was head of corporate finance and worked on Visa's initial public offering. Before joining Visa, he worked at Arena Solutions and Grand Central Communications, two technology companies.
Young succeeds Dan Sheldon, who announced in February that he was stepping down as CFO after returning briefly to work from medical leave. He had been with Broadridge for 30 years.
