CA in deal with Real Madrid
Islandia-based CA Technologies says it has completed a project to provide backup and recovery software to one of the world's top soccer teams, Real Madrid, of Spain.
Real Madrid is using CA's ARCserve Backup software to protect all its information systems including databases, e-mail, human resources, finance and customer management.
"Ten terabytes of data is stored across thirty servers and the storage area network that form the data centre's centralized architecture located at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium," in Madrid, CA said.
