Canon's new portable wide-screen projector

Canon U.S.A., based in Lake Success, has added a new line of portable, lightweight wide-screen LCD multimedia projectors, intended for teachers, traveling salespeople and small business owners.

The Canon LV-8320 projector offers WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution, "making it easy to display today's wide format computers and laptops with incredible brightness and clarity," Canon said.

“Competitive pricing, bright, crisp imagery and full-display compatibility with the latest widescreen laptop and desktop computers are among the many projector capabilities sought by today’s presentation professionals,” Yuichi Ishizuka, executive vice president and general manager, Imaging Technologies and Communications Group, Canon U.S.A., said.
