Catholic Health Services adds to board

Catholic Health Services announced the names of three people who will serve on the board of trustees of Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip, St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center in Smithtown, and St. Charles Hospital in Port Jefferson, collectively.
Salvatore F. Sodanom, left, has been appointed chairman. The Nissequogue resident was chairman and chief executive of the American Stock Exchange and is a professor of finance at Hofstra University.
Jerome Poller, center, was appointed vice chair. He is a former vice president of JPMorgan Chase and lives in Huntington.
Raymond B. Borsella, right, has been named treasurer. Formerly with Price Waterhouse & Co., the Jamesport resident is founder of Raymond B. Borsella & Co. CPAs in Nesconset.
