CB Holding Corp., Mountainside, N.J., owner of Charlie Brown’s Steakhouse, announced Wednesday  that it and its subsidiaries have filed for protection under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.

On Monday the company announced the closing of 20 Charlie Brown locations, including the one in Commack. Both the Garden City Park and Holtsville locations are now also closed.
