Outlook: John Fanning, chairman and chief executive, said: "There have been some indications that the staffing industry may be seeing the beginnings of a recovery; however to date this recovery appears to be modest. Therefore, we will continue with our initiatives to contain costs and reduce spending to address current business conditions."
