Corner Bakery Café franchises coming to Long Island

The hospitality company The Briad Group in June opened Bellport's SpringHill Suites, a 128-room Marriott Hotel franchise.

And now, the New Jersey company says, it plans to open on Long Island a number of Corner Bakery Café restaurant franchises.

The company plans to open 34 Corner Bakery Café franchises on Long Island and in New Jersey; it did not say how many will be in each region.

The “fast casual dining” franchises will be built within the next eight years.
